My parents love this guy on TVLand. Thing is..when the show was on back in 70's? They hated him and the show!! Go figure.

We never missed an episode of All In The Family in my house ... and, yes, my father often agreed with Archie, and found Meathead a dead bore .... Daddy didn't approve of freeloaders.

We watched The Jeffersons, of course, and Good Times, but we also enjoyed Maude.
