Graduate school means a lot to me. Part of it is I think it would be a chance to be among my own sort. I don't have any rl friends, realy. One or two I hang with, but they aren't friends. And that's hard.

hehehe... Well, I've been to graduate school... and I wouldn't count on it to necessarily improve the odds much. Mine was a pretty twisted group.

Maybe it's different for the daytime crowd... admittedly, mine was the nighttime MBA group.

And no... I don't have an MBA. I got about half of it and then started remodeling my house. Then got made director and my available time evaporated. But... It was a really good experience anyway. Never looked back. I learned all the buzzwords in the first year anyway. :-)

I figure if I'm going to graduate school for computer science, at the very least there will be geeks to talk to, even if I can't date any of them. And heck, my odds will have to be better in a real college town...
