No paprika in German potato salad. At least...not the way Mom made it. And you know how that is...
But regular egg type potato salad got paprika on top.

I used to make it with paprika mixed with the vinegar. Haven't made it in awhile though. Need to check my recipe.

Nah ... try cayenne pepper instead of paprika sometime.
Gives potato salad a nice kick.
