The thing I've noticed about these fresh eggs is that they get really round when you cook 'em! See, here is the egg I just cooked...

And here it is flipped over! They get almost as round as balls!

This was one of Roy's eggs. I enjoyed this egg with Tabasco sauce.

I just noticed that your counter top looks just like mine, except mine is the Grey Glace rather than the Mauve Glace. We did cabinets in the basement for my craft room and got the Mauve Glace put on them. I like it a LOT!
