I'm one of the lucky with the day off. So I slept in! But I have a busy day planned- lots of housework. Joy joy joy. Roasted a chicken this weekend and now I'm making stock- will make soup today. Baked a cheesecake and put some beans to soak for chile. Today I'm cooking up several pounds of sausage and making yogurt dough. Hafta fold the laundry and vacuum.... ack! at least I slept in. ;)

Baked a cheesecake

AHEM! Where's the recipe!? I made one from the recipe on the Splenda bag last night but used Key Lime juice and added a cup of Sour Cream. Haven't tasted it yet. I think I'll go try it out!
