Well, I'm back and amhalfway through the breakfast routine: 1)heat it up down the hall 2) waft the smells of bacon/sausage/steak and eggs as I walk back 3) consume breakfast with gusto and grin evily at the slim-fast queens as they salivate and protest. God bless Dr. Atkins.
