I'm using my troop support ping list for this, I hope you all don't mind because it is a more personal post than usual. I want to share, I just got an email this morning from Jill. Here it is!!!

Tom has finally made it home!! He got in about 3 am this morning and we all woke up and visited for a little while. Then, we went to bed and slept as long as Sean and the girls would let us. We are going out to check the mail today and then we are going to get a Christmas tree. We are so glad he is home. Thank you for all of your prayers!!

My son ets'd from active duty about 2 years ago. Following that he joined our local National Guard...a combat (heavy) engineer unit.

They've been called up and will begin a 3 month train-up in very early January. After that they head for the Tikrit AO.

It's an awesome group of young men and women. My son pushed his wedding up by months and many of his compatriots from the unit showed up; drove miles to get here to the backwoods of S. Ohio.

America's finest. Clean, respectful, dedicated young men.

Fortunately God knows who I'm praying for even when I don't. Best to your son, and his wife. Good for him... I respect those who put their lives and comfort second to their country.

Hey! What if we did some special EntMoot care packages? We could all go shopping and buy a couple boxes' stuff, and then ship it there... I'd have a chance to contribute, too... get pictures of Flat Frodo shipping goodies off to the troops?

Yes, I don't have information but not confirmation yet. I knew with the Trilogy yesterday I would be too out of it to try for confimations today so I'm going to investigate more tomorrow.
