Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Where Many Paths and Errands Meet...
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

I fergit how the tradition started, but they're real big in Philadelphia and I reckon other places.

Don't do that again. Someone will put a hit out on you. ;-)

Bah.
So now the Weather Channel is saying we're doomed, but the local news says, it won't be that bad, and I don't know what to do...

Here ya go. This is what it looks like out the side door here! :-) Warm enough for shorts today it is! Not breezy.

Too flat. Don't care how warm it is, that's too flat.
Moved the car. So as long as the street is plowed, I can get out of here tomorrow.

LOL.... not flat here. This is the city block. There's lots of hills in these parts. Some of the best motorcyling terrain in central Texas. Best north of the hill country as a matter of fact. Hills, winding roads, lots of changes in countryside here. This town is built at the wide point of a flat river flood plain.

Have you ever been to Western Pennsylvania? We don't really have mountains, but everything's hills. You'd love the biking terrain, everywhere's good for a motorcycle. At least, from late April until October. After that it's too likely to be bad weather.

I've been there. Beautiful country but I didn't care much for it. Too many people and too cold in the winter. It lacked in southern hospitality.

Uncle Lynn has a radio station in the hamshack. I just checked. It's giving us outside air temp of 77.2 F. Ain't it great?
Still, I'm about to head out for WF. I could only wish it would be like this up there! And yet, there aren't great riding roads up there. Too close to Mordor. *sigh*
