Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Where Many Paths and Errands Meet...
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

Yep, it's really really good...has celtic artwork and everything...very visually pleasing and quotes passages from the LOTR that are dear to my heart...

Says on the back:
Walking with Frodo leads you through nine pairs of choices--darkness or light, betrayal or loyalty, deception or honesty, to name just a few-- and reveals what the Bible has to say about each. This devotional will help you apply those truths to decisions you make every day, sending you on a life-changing journey of your own. Are you ready for the challenge?"

Where is our recipe collection, Rosie? Oops! I mean - we certainly do NEED one, not that we have one. Not a central one, in any case, though we've done plenty of recipe swapping!
To: Bilbo Bagpipes
I think we need to start some fan fiction based on star wars and escaflowne. maybe even a little LOTRGood heavens, that's scary. Allen and Han team up to take on the Empire? Luke gives Hitomi Force-lessons? Leia and Millerna compare notes?

Heh, maybe we can learn some good recipes, as opposed to really large recipes.
I don't want to go to choir. I'd prefer to stay here at work until 8, then I wouldn't have to make the time up Friday night.

I wanted to look up how to make lembas, so I can let ksen know the right way to bake them.
We really ought to compile our recipes though, I think.

Hi there!
Don't you just think it's hysterical that we are having all this cold weather right when Algore is giving his Global Warming tour?
LOL God has such a quirky sense of humor!

Andrew gave us a HUGH fresh ham, a bunch of chops and a big bag of ground pork...unseasoned. You know how to make a good but mild seasoning? Matthew loves sausage, but won't eat it with any chunks of onion or anything...everything has to be powdered...

Because, you know, you're not supposed to ask what goes into sausage.
Do you put it into casings?

Naw, this will be sausage patties. I have a device that puts ground sausage into casings, but don't have the inclination.
