Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Where Many Paths and Errands Meet...
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

Wait until you see Boromir's...err...attire.

Oh, I think the United States would be a much different place had Martin survived. I don't know that the Democrat Party would have evolved the way it did, and I'm certain there would not have been a "Democrat plantation." If Martin and Malcolm had found common ground, I believe a lot of the cr@p we see now --- poverty pimps, the permanent victim mentality, the despicable glamorization of gangstas and their lifestyles --- would not exist.

In other news, it looks like Mean Dean is gettin whipped in Iowa. Awww Breaks my whitto'l heart. Would'a liked to see him get his @ss handed to him by dubya, though... I'm thinking that it might be a Kerry/Edwards ticket here pretty soon. That would be interesting.

Interesting.
I would like to take it up with you sometime. I'm not sure that MLK would have needed Malcolm, or maybe better put, that Malcolm would have been as big a factor without the vacuum left in the wake of the loss of MLK. Malcolm has always struck me as someone that was only really noticed because of the absence of MLK.
Maybe it's just me. Would enjoy your perspective.

Just remembering that movie makes me want to hit the sauce.... Oh yeah, like we're supposed to believe you need an excuse.

Now Florida wouldn't be bad!
Except the waking up part, of course.
Good night!
