Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Where Many Paths and Errands Meet...
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

Well, I just talked to Bob.... he said don't worry about salt. But we are going to wait until late in the day to do it.... let it get as good as it is going to get. We won't be coming up to the beach house till late.
~I need to relax awhile~
And write kitty instructions.

The people I ordered my case/motherboard/processor guaranteed it would work with my OS (Window 98) and did a 24 hour burn-in (I think that's what they called it) and I got a 1-year warranty with it. I was originally going to do the whole thing myself, but the price for the above was the same so....what the hey!
I added my drives, video card, and monitor (sound was on the motherboard but I have cards for that too) and it worked!

What are you going to instruct the kitty to do?

I am now packed and ready to drive off. But I have to wait several hours..... tick tick tick.... this is slow!!!
Mornin' Ruthy. er ... um... afternoon.
I just got home. My boss' stepdaughter volunteered to give me a pedicure this morning for the trip! She is a doll huh?

Yup... gonna do some laundry here in a minute... put together my suitcase.
Shorts, t-shirt, sandals.... check. Done.

Plus drives, cards, etc. Prolly a wash.

Maybe since we had this horrible cold front this week Florida will feel sorta warm even thought it's chillier than I had hoped. Anyway, I put in stuff to stay warm... just in case. Guess you don't have to worry 'bout that huh?

I still have to pack...and ensure the others are packed. Not to mention what we can eat while en route...we start off at three thirty in the morning, so I imagine by eight or so we'll be starving. We can probably live with a late lunch, but we'll need something earlier on!
