LOL - don't be afraid to read the instructions. They are our friends.

There's no telling what's creating the stoppage: we've found everything from coins to kid's toys, medicine bottles, etc caught in the p-trap of the bowl. Without pulling the toilet, you won't know if the problem is in the toilet or futher down the line somewhere.

A good plumber should be able to complete the job in two to three hours, depending on where the problem lies.
