Sharky, I enjoyed the Michigan web site. It has some interesting stuff, especially the football history. Did you notice the picture of Heisman trophy winner "Doc" Blanchard taken during the 1945 Army-Michigan game wherein Michigan's Fritz Crisler began the two platoon system?

I bring it up to say that I flew several times with Colonel Blanchard during the late 60's. He still looked as if he could pulverize the Wolveristas (which he did in that game won by Army 28-7).

Good Links. Lots of info....Doc looks like someone you don't want to mess with.

*&%$#*$^*&(*$#.......I just read that the Rose Bowl is considering matching Michigan with Floriduh State. Winningest program in history vs. the winningest coach in history.......that's what they want to bill it as.

LSU or USC as opponents would be such a great game to watch with mucho excitement and great players. Instead we get to listen to the stoopid announcers keep telling us about the storied history of the two schools...%&%*$#&.....not to mention that Floriduh was ripped by the officiating in last week's game (and no, there wasn't a dawg in that fight for me either).
