WHAT is this?!

Bush administration wants entire 9/11 case kept secret -January 6, 2004 -BY GINA HOLLAND -Chgo. Sun-Times- WASHINGTON -- In an extraordinary request, the Bush administration asked the Supreme Court on Monday to let it keep its arguments secret in a case involving an immigrant's challenge of his treatment after the Sept. 11 terror attacks.

what's the problem?

do you want the ACLU to be able to depose Zubayda and Khallid Shiek Mohammed as part of this man's trial? Its the same issue with Jose Padilla, how can you give him a trial? Are you going to call the Pakistani ISI agent who tipped us regaring Padilla to testify? He'd be killed 20 minutes after returning to Islamabad after the trial.

That paragraph from your article tells me it is an unusual case and If Ted Olson says that's how it should be I believe him. The only thing that bothers me is this guy is out on bail??
