The number "19" has some sort of significance to the jihadists. I've never understood what it was.
Out of curiosity I Googled "Koran - 19" and came up with all kinds of sites. One consistency I noticed was "Koran 19:88"
I found that particular one and it reads:
“Those who say the Lord of mercy has begotten a Son preach a monstrous falsehood, at which the very heavens might crack, the earth break asunder, and the mountains crumble to dust. That they should ascribe a Son to the merciful, when it did not become Him to beget on” Koran 19:88
If I'm not mistaken, I've seen what I have in bold text mentioned at some of these jihadist sites. It seems to be what they want to do to us. Why? Because we're Christians and believe Jesus is the Son of God.
There may be more than one reason the number "19" is significant in Islam but this might explain why it's significant to the jihadists.
Just one speculation among many. :-)
