New picture to decipher

I see a nuke in the heart of NYC, "New York Next", Call 19 (you were pinged on the significance of 19 earlier), and Osama flicking something of his index finger(I won't be vulgar).

I spotted this earlier and don't like the fact that the image of OBL shows him holding up at least two fingers. He did that while watching the 9/11 attacks on TV. After the first plane struck, he held up two fingers; after the second plane, he held up three fingers; etc.

Leaves one wondering if this means there will be two planes striking in NYC. One speculation.

Can you direct me to the significance of "19" post? I remember Farakhan (sic?) making a speech with numbers and everything coming back to 19 - maybe the Million Man March, I can't place it in my memory yet. But, what is "CALL 19?" Could the "LL's" in "CALL" be seven's? Could 19 be upsidedown...61? Taken together it would be 6177...arghh...that Farakhan speech was like a numerology nightmare and I've since wondered about those number combinations he was making. There was a thread during Ramadan that bespoke of number combinations...was this the one with "19" significance? Thanks. My apologies if this is already addressed; I'm just so far behind on this...
