EOM Islamic Bayan Movement Is "Bayan" a Phillipine entity of alquieda?

I just did a general Google of "Bayan" and it does come up as a commonly used word/name in the Phillipines (business names, individual's names, etc.).

It also came up here: http://www.bahai.com/thebahais/pg18.htm

The Bayan was a work written by Bab who started the Babi movement that is considered to be a millennialist movement that emerged in Iran in 19th century I believe. Bab was considered a "dangerous rebel" and he was executed in 1850.
