ARTICLE SNIPPET 1: "Immigration Commissioner Andrea D. Domingo and the Philippine Navy flag officer in command, Adm. Ernesto de Leon, both announced that African Americans Jamil Daud Mujahid, 56, and his brother, Michael Ray Stubbs, were arrested by a joint military and immigration team on December 13 in Tanza, Cavite."
ARTICLE SNIPPET 2: "Mujahid, however, said he met with various private organizations here to set up financing from US-based Muslim groups to build schools, homes and improve farms in Muslim communities in Mindanao.
Stubbs, on the other hand, is an air-conditioning technician at the Lawrence Livermore National Library, which is being tapped by the US Department of Homeland Security in researching ways to counter biological and chemical terrorism.
