The entire document is 42 pages long. I've posted a translation the first page - the cover - in post 4057 as Calpernia indicated.

I've had reservations about posting the translation because I really don't want to help these bozos out in any way whatsoever.

But in retrospect, maybe there are clues in the document that another Freeper might be able to find that might stop something. So I'm going to wait a couple of hours, and if no one has sent me any serious objections, I am going to start posting the translation. It's not going to be a flawless translation - it's not the most fun stuff in the world to translate - but it's understandable and it's not a machine read :)
