Interestingly, the entire tenor of his message has changed. This one isn't theatening imminent catastrophe at all. This message seems focused simply of changing public opinion towards the US presence in Iraq. The photo is a complete change in direction too. Very strange shift.
I guess there are several ways to look at it. The US may have stopped something major yesterday, so Daleel is back to business as usual. It could be a different writer. It could be some sort of message telling the jihadis to head for the hills, so to speak. Or it could be some other coded message. I don't think we have any way of knowing. But I think it's worth taking note of.
