Yes but the document creation date in the document info section of of file itself is 10/18/2002 at 8:54:40 pm. Now anyone can set their computer to any date. But this document has been around for a while - I have another copy of it under a different file name (but otherwise apparantly identical) that came from daleel's earlier website, the one that was shut down early in Ramadan.

I'll get that page translated for you in the morning when I am more awake. Couldn't sleep so am catching up on postings.
