Well...as of tomorrow most of Washington DC is closed for (dare I say it) Christmas. I'd say Las Vegas and other major cities may be a target , but not Washington-not this time.

I agree jane, and I'm sure terrorists know about congressional hiatus, thus the 2-2-04 date seems more feasible
