Debka talks about intelligence and opinions and real things in the same way that the talking heads on every network do. They are not a broadsheet like the old gray lady or the washington post (and we know the standards they employ for factul news, don't we?)
Debka is not a news outlet in the common sense of that term because they are not reporting the same type of "news"; Debka is more like a web version of a talking heads/opinion show with a variety of experts who talk about what has happened, what will happen and what may happen. Debka follows Israel's and the U.S.'s wars on terror, complex and fast-changing subjects with real facts sometimes denied by authorities for political and operational purposes. If more folks viewed Debka the way they are, there wouldn't be too many protestors IMHO.
Please show me where any of the Debka critics have praised the Washington ComPost. That particular strawman argument sure is getting threadbare from overuse.

Wrong. Debka states many articles as fact. And we have often either debunked some of those "facts" as out-and-out lies, or demonstrated how they make no sense at all, or that Debka was leaping to concret conclusions from data that could point in many other directions.

Oh, we do view them they way they are. Just as I view the cow pies in the pasture next door to my house for exactly what they are, and for the exact same reason.
