Debka talks about intelligence and opinions and real things in the same way that the talking heads on every network do. They are not a broadsheet like the old gray lady or the washington post (and we know the standards they employ for factul news, don't we?)

Please show me where any of the Debka critics have praised the Washington ComPost. That particular strawman argument sure is getting threadbare from overuse.

Debka is not a news outlet in the common sense of that term because they are not reporting the same type of "news"; Debka is more like a web version of a talking heads/opinion show with a variety of experts who talk about what has happened, what will happen and what may happen.

Wrong. Debka states many articles as fact. And we have often either debunked some of those "facts" as out-and-out lies, or demonstrated how they make no sense at all, or that Debka was leaping to concret conclusions from data that could point in many other directions.

Debka follows Israel's and the U.S.'s wars on terror, complex and fast-changing subjects with real facts sometimes denied by authorities for political and operational purposes. If more folks viewed Debka the way they are, there wouldn't be too many protestors IMHO.

Oh, we do view them they way they are. Just as I view the cow pies in the pasture next door to my house for exactly what they are, and for the exact same reason.

The gray lady reference was merely a swipe at your reference to "journalistic integrity," nothing more and nothing less. In other words, where is any "journalistic integrity" found these days? In far too few places.

You can continue to dismiss Debka; I will continue to like Debka and state again and again all the many heads up articles I read from Debka before they make it in other media outlets.

I believe my comments about the kind of articles Debka publishes -- as opposed to almost all other regular media outlets -- still stand despite your objections.
