When you leave it behind we leave it behind too and do not judge you according to it. As for someone with HIV, i would suggest a path of radicalism to them. Since a near death is imminent to them it would seem to make the most sense to engage in Jihad and die a Shahid (and thereby go to Jannah instantly, bypassing Judgment).
