Right. Just want to clarify what the official HOMELAND SECURITY site at
http://www.dhs.gov states and this non-governmental web site you quoted from states.
I went to the url www.homelandsecurityus.com and checked their FAQ other contact info and found this and I quote: "'What is the 'Northeast Intelligence Network?' The Northeast Intelligence Network is a private research agency..."
Maybe, for the sake of clarity, when quoting from this site use the term "Northeast Intelligence Network." Just my opinion...
