Or it could mean that the Feds don't perceive him as a threat to national security or intelligence gathering operations because the so-called secret information he diseminates is neither accurate nor secret, or is nothing more than what any halfway decent arm-chair spook could figure out on his or her own without the aid of top secret government sources, or is deemed to be nothing more than mere speculation and conjecture, rather than the disclosure of accurate facts.
