I've been thinking the same thing about EOM's use of Amerikkka. Look at the Taliyah website:
http://www.taliyah.org Scroll down a bit, and look at the Chapter List on the left. They spell America as Amerikkka all over this site. I believe that this is the San Quentin site someone had a link to previously. I think Cindy has listed this site numerous times as well.
Just my opinion:
I don't think that EOM and Daleel are the same. Their postings are quite different. Daleel seems to be more educated, and shows his youth, or seems more idealistic to me.
