AMMAN, Jordan - Jordan's military prosecutor Tuesday recommended the death penalty for 11 men accused in an al-Qaida-linked plot to carry out terror attacks on Americans and Israelis that began with the slaying of a U.S. aid worker in Jordan." This would be the US diplomat Laurence Foley. It is believed he was assassinated by operatives of al-Zarqawi on behalf of Saddam Hussein. Zarqawi is also believed to be the person who aided terrorists in Europe in obtaining the toxin 'ricin.'
