Mossad,

There are many of us who share your feelings.

It is not new to me, but I have learned to live with it.

Last week, I started keeping my door locked (don't as a rule), and wanting my protection within reach. Considered sleeping with it.

When the "something" happens, I will feel light and as tho a load has been lifted off my shoulders.

Always figured that it comes from being 3/4 Cherokee and 1/4 Scots.

That describes me after 9/11. When the attacks stopped that day, I felt relief. Like, we're pretty much okay, now, for awhile. The pressure has been building again. It's worse, this time. Glad you are locking your doors and all.

I sent my care packages to my friends. They arrived, complete with instructions, mostly from this thread, (thanks for the links) and that helps me to feel better about them, somewhat.

It's eerie to have done all you can, and then just wait and PRAY. Mostly, pray.
