Juarez-El Paso is on the west side of the state and Houston is on the east. Doesn't make sense to cross the border there unless they have compadres helping them at theat point of entry. Possible Houston is not their target.

Aren't there tunnels in the Juarez-El Paso area? Might be easier to cross over at J-EP than the Brownsville border - maybe J-EP has been tightened up with the discovery of those tunnels. They aren't secret; I think even ABC (ackkk..ackkk!) had a special on them.

I think there are tunnels there, there are also tunnels everywhere along the border that the illegals use. However, with the corruption in Mexico if you have enough pesos you can get across anywhere just about.
