I don't know if they are specifically Chinese, but there are huge areas in Newark along the river that contain thousands and thousands of cargo carriers off loaded from foreign ships. This is also where cars that are imported are offloaded and kept until they are transported to other parts of the country. These areas are very close to newark airport. In fact, depending upon the flight pattern, planes may fly over these ares.
