ARTICLE SNIPPET: "The Norwegian Cruise Lines ship "Pride of America" sank in Bremerhaven quay in Germany on Wednesday morning. Four people were injured when the 300-meter (984 foot) liner began to list and then sank. Police believe a storm may have blown water into openings in the hull.
The Scaffolded cruise liner "Pride of America" lists and hits bottom in Bremerhaven.

The "Pride of America" has been undergoing reconstruction since December 2002 and the Lloyds shipyard in Bremerhaven was to have completed the renovations this April.
When the 90,000 ton cruise liner began to take in water several large steel constructions collapsed on the quay. The ship tipped over a 600 ton crane as it leaned, and the crane damaged two buildings."
I wonder who insured that cruise ship in Bremerhaven.
