I think that map might be a joke. It is hosted at terrorism.reallybites.com

Here is the text that goes with the map:
Pakistan - the heart of Islamic Terrorism
The events of September 11, 2001 (9/11) will forever be etched in our memories. But the terrorists who attacked the World Trade Centre and the Pentagon were not alone. There are millions of Islamic fundamentalists, terrorists, extremists, radicals and militants - around the world and at home who would like nothing better than to destroy those they consider infidels. Whether it be in the United States, Israel, India, Russia, the Philipines etc - these terrorists will NOT rest until they have accomplished their sinister goal of converting the world to Islam. Whether it be Yasser Arafat, Osama Bin Laden, Mullah Omar, General Pervez Musharraf, or Khattab - the goal of these terrorists is to forward their terrorism agenda by destroying the infidels (the non-believers ie the non-muslims). People like Steve Emerson have warned us in the past, yet we have fallen to appeasing these terrorists and their terror supporting regimes.
In many ways, a sinister plot develops as fundamentalist Islamic nations of the world conspire with others to strip us of the freedoms and liberties we cherish. China, North Korea, Cuba, and Myanmar (Burma) along with Islamic Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Albania/Kosovo and others wish to form their own New World Order. Except this one will take us back to the middle ages either through Communism or the Islamic sword.
When it comes to supporting terrorism - Pakistan still ranks on top. No matter what the current dictator General Musharraf says, his actions are clear - forward the agenda of radical Islam. He has done so in the past and continues to do so with no indication of changing with his now famous token public statements for western consumption. As long as he continues to get US taxpayer and Worldbank/IMF money and a pat on the back, he is happy to keep things just the way they are in Pakistan.
