Revel - you took my posting out of context, that image was one of two posted together in a discussion from China engineers its next great leap - China's focus on developing world-class Engineers. My entire posting, that you neglected to show, has group pictures of Chinese students and the up and the coming Bill Clinton generation of US students. For some reason you chose to post only the US student picture. The pictures are quite a contrast, which was the point of my posting, and both pictures were taken in public - a public that is more and more vulgar and crass.
