Which WND report cabal? I was referring to this WorldNetDaily story. Sorry if I wasn't very clear with that.

http://svherald.com/articles/2004/01/07/news/news1.txt "Checkpoints return to tighten security; Order for using checkpoints given Sunday in response to threat level"
BY BILL HESS
Herald/Review
ARTICLE SNIPPET: "COCHISE COUNTY -- U.S. Border Patrol highway checkpoints are back in the area with a new emphasis of slowing traffic to look for terrorists and see if drivers and passengers in vehicles are legally in the United States.
The checkpoints are part of a nationwide program for the southern and northern border areas that was ordered by the Department of Homeland Security because of the increase in the threat level to orange, U.S. Border Patrol's Tucson Sector spokesman Andy Adame said Tuesday.
As part of the program, U.S. Border Patrol agents will be working with Mexican law enforcement officers and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, he said."

Your right! Hey you FBI, CIA, DHS guys, we at least would like um, um, say a patch for our jackets from each of you!
A Patriot Patch would be so cool! Or, maybe a Coastwatchers Patch! (still can't find that original reference to coastwatchers on this thread...arghhhhhh....!) Great idea, JustPiper!

First of all, God bless you. Thanks so much for sharing your story with us.
Today, I live near Kingman, Az. We will have problems, as there are no plans for our needs, if there is a major strike on the California coast.
I've passed through Kingman once, and if I remember correctly there is a lot of nothing around there. Good thing you stock up on supplies in case of emergency.
I am not as afraid of terrorists, as I am all the people on the road, who are scared and hungry.
In your case, I'm sure that's an accurate assessment.
I always thought of my brother, who had a screaming wife and 4 kids under 6 years old, they were the prime example of what would be attempting to take over what ever someone else had, scared, desperate and tired of attempting to keep order in the car and having no idea where he was going.
Today 35 years later, he still is not prepared and yes, I still preach at him because he isn't.
I haven't lived as many years as you, but one thing that I have learned is that people won't listen to you unless they are truly ready to accept the reality of what you are saying. Most people are too shocked or stubborn to accept that such a thing could happen, even though we had an attack no one ever thought would happen, 9/11. In my experience, the best thing to do is to plan to put away extra for those you love, if you can. Most of the time, it's very hard to convince someone to plan...it's much too close to acting like a "crazy" survivalist.
Store food and water.
Good advice for anyone. Bad things happen; not just terrorist attacks, but other things like natural disasters, riots, etc. Why not put away some basic provisions? The unfortunate thing for poor schmucks like me who live in apartments is that storage space is very much at a premium.
Today, it will be easy to cut off our supply of clothes and food. Don't forget the missing ships, they will work nicely to shut down the Panama Canal. It will be easy to bring America to a halt.
Very, very true words. Most people don't realize how truely vunerable we are these days.
Yes, I admit that at times, I do play with thinking around corners, guess as a FReeper, I will have to break down and make a Tinfoil hat, is it OK to have feathers and flowers or does it have to be plain?
Bless you for having the courage to think outside of the "acceptable" norm. Some people think it is a crime to think about the possibilities.
Thanks for the great message, all the best to you and yours.

Tell your friends in the USG that they need to start ***LEVELING WITH US*** and quit putting the facts through the PC filter. Tell us what we are up against, and what we face. Let the American people take responsibility for getting ourselves through this - since we sure as hell know the government is not going to come to each of our own home towns and do it for us.
I agree Sean. See, we're working hard at trying to help and we deserve to forewarn loved ones and act on our plans. See, if we were sticking our heads in the sand, ok, but we're not. We're grownups with families we want to protect first.

Want some eye-opening information? Search Google for REX 84. I chose the wrong time to check this out! I was just getting ready to go to bed. LOL! I'm suddenly not as sleepy. Good find, I must say. I'm sure I'm not the only one who didn't know about this.
Glad to open a few more people's eyes. Sorry about the missing sleep. :) God knows I've missed out on a few hours as a direct result of this thread. :)

"I consider ijaz the enemy."
So do i. And I don't have to give a reason why I think so since 99% of you would never understand it.
I hope and pray that enough of you will see the writing on the American wall and disseminate it far and wide. The truth, if disseminated, is far more convincing than the easily disproven lies of the Enemy Within. That's why the forces of the organized Enemy Within are working hard to pass "hate laws" and are doing their outmost to jail dissident voices and filter and censor the internet. The Enemy Within knows that free speech will expose their hypocrisy, and that they have no choice but to try to nakedly suppress the truth and imprison the truth tellers.
Eventually the gates to the "Enemy at the Gates" will be opened by the "Enemy Within." Either we recognize the Enemy Within and fight him or our culture, heritage, works of beauty, and all our material achievements will be washed away in the remorseless tides of history.

The majority of my family still lives around here and will all come here. My house will hold thirty or more easily.
You are indeed lucky.
We are also "well regulated" from a certain standpoint.
Good for you, it is a great thing to have access to "liberty's teeth".
I would recommend everyone have a family/friend gathering and at least start the discussion.
I completely agree. I'm pretty fortunate that I only live about 15 miles from my Dad, who is pretty much the core of my family. Everyone already gathers there for just about every event, so it's a no-brainer where we would "rally".

John Loftus said last night that the FBI is so screwed up, that the CIA is essentially running all terror related activities, both abroad and here at home. I really, really wish this wasn't true, but I feel in my heart that it is. God help us, I'm getting really concerned for our great country.
