The date of this article and this paragraph are chilling. Our government is 'so' certain we will be attacked by chem/bio, its as if they 'know' we will. Many said here when we had the string of 'viri' on many of the Cruise ships back in 2001-2002?, that it was a 'test run' for using ships to disperse bio/chem and now you find all this info on germ bombs and its being bandied around as the new catch phrase today.
