[history]
Monday, November 3, 2003
A new message was posted in the last few hours by the Jeddah-based al-Qaeda-linked Al-Islah (Reform) society calling on Muslims to flee New York, Washington and Los Angeles in advance of major al Qaeda attacks in those cities. This is revealed by DEBKAfile.
The message accuses the United States of predetermining its end (doom) by its policies. ?The Jews rule the Pentagon by remote control and (are the cause) of Muslims being killed in every corner of the world. The United States should therefore expect more blows.?
The message is signed on behalf of the al Bayan (The Threat) movement by ?your warrior brother, Abul Hassan al Khadrami?.
Our Muslim expert identifies the name of the signatory as belonging to a Yemeni from Hadhrameuth, the Bin Ladens? place of origin where Osama enjoys substantial tribal support.
DEBKAfile?s counter-terror sources stress that warnings appearing on these forums are taken both very seriously and with caution by the intelligence services keeping track of the terrorist network?s electronic traffic.
Last November, Jeddah-based fundamentalist forums addressed a message to an Al Qaeda member, saying whoever understands ? understands; whoever knows, knows, but we are marching towards an operation that will take us to Paradise. Three days later, the Mombasa Paradise hotel was blown up killing 12 Kenyans and 3 Israelis and a failed shoulder-launched Strela anti-air missile missed an Israeli airliner at Mombasa airport.

Re: CN&V2 bbs
Please do not ask me where I got this information, but I can vouch for its truthfulness. I was also subjected to massive attacks on my home PC as a result of being on that site. (One of the reasons for my "testiness" of late.) We are steping on some Rats tails and they are squealing, biting back, and then some as a result.
Here is what I know from a colleague in email yesterday and from another individual over the phone Saturday evening:
1) Do NOT open ANY message or post to that bbs.
2) They utilize Javascript and/or cookies that recognizes IP's.
If you want to maintain your system as it is stay away from that place! Just plain stay away!
I believe some of the prepetrators of this activity on CN&V2 are also present on Free Republic as well as the EOM and Daleel Yahoo Group. Yahoo email accounts were shut down, hacked and hijacked by this same and related activity. If moderators want this information please contact me privately. There is much more to this.

Muslims outpace Anglicans in UK (the sunday times)
Nicholas Hellen and Christopher Morgan Figures compiled from government and academic sources show attendance at Britain's mosques has outstripped the number of worshippers in the Church of England for the first time!! alaah akbaar islam is coming by the sword and by the Lord. ................................................................... God said ( fight the army of saiten his army is weak) oh god you are the greatest and you are always right.
Stress epidemic strikes American forces in Iraq
The war's over, but the suicide rate is high and the army is riddled with acute psychiatric problems. Peter Beaumont reports
Sunday January 25,2004 The Observer
Up to one in five of the American military personnel in Iraq will suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder, say senior forces' medical staff dealing with the psychiatric fallout of the war.
This revelation follows the disclosure last month that more than 600 US servicemen and women have been evacuated from the country for psychiatric reasons since the conflict started last March.
At least 22 US soldiers have killed themselves - a rate considered abnormally high - mostly since President George Bush declared an end to major combat on 1 May last year, These suicides have led to a high-level Department of Defence investigation, details of which will be disclosed in the next few weeks.
alaah akbaar victory is starting to show and the light of Islam is starting to shine.

My husband and two sons all sound alike. Their voices are virtually indistinguishable to anyone who knows them. IMHO basing identity on voice prints alone is not the best criteria.

You have obviously just read a few posts. Most of us don't think Daleel is some big time al-qaida guy, and no, he doesn't have his own website. However, it is obvious that he is a muslim and writes in a fundamentalist manner. My opinion is that he is simply restating the things he hears at mosque and islamic websites. The things he reports are probably the things that other muslims are hearing and talking about. I don't read arabic, but through various translators, as well as what is being reported through reputable sources, the things he is saying ARE being posted on various arabic websites. Whether true or not, many muslims seem to believe that there will be some sort of attack on America in the near future. This has been reported in many newspapers, on television, and radio.

Funny, they've gone from threats to quoting mainstream papers backing what will turn into a backlash against them. The infiltration from within routine could turn against them, even in Britain.
There were lots of Germans and in WW2, Italians interned in Great Britain, some of them citizens even.
Heck, they even nailed their fascists amongst the upper crust, Owsley etc, during WW2.

Funny, they've gone from threats to quoting mainstream papers backing what will turn into a backlash against them.I had noticed the same article about the Anglican Church (Church of England) in the UK from an unrelated source. The entire Anglican Communion (which includes the Episcopal Church in the US) has been undergoing a lot of turmoil for the past 10 years or so - many members have been lost, and others have been disillusioned with the Church. So I'm actually not too surprised by this, though it happened somewhat quicker than I think anyone expected.
What the quote glosses over and does not say, is that overall church attendance in the UK is considerably higher than mosque attendance. Just the Roman Catholics alone have nearly as many weekly churchgoers as the Church of England and the Muslims combined. And that doesn't count the many Christian denominations such as the Presbyterians who are neither Catholic nor Church of England.
So his quote of the article is, at best, selective and tendentious; at worst completely biased and misleading.

Yeah, me! I had major problems after going there. I just opened the page and a huge pop up window came up. I clicked it off and my McAfee came up and said I had a virus. I got rid of the thing as it was really only a trojan but a pain in the patooti no less! I deleted all the cookies from there, bookmarks and my cache of temporary files and don't have a problem. I won't be going back, it was turning into a smutty board anyway.

IMO his response to you was unprofessional. We all have bad days when our fuse is too short. I do not know if this was they case with Sean. When he posts here, or anywhere else he is representing NEIN, a website which I assume desires people to tune into and, hopefully, contribute funds to in order to keep in running. Nothing wrong with that, I to am a capitalist. I appreciate the info that NEIN provides. But, again, IMO his last few post have been unprofessional and dropped his credibility a few notches in my mind.

Excellent points, we must keep that in consideration. I agree, videos were providing Intel quite a bit of detail on bin laden's health and whereabouts.

I just did some lurking, but when IE started crashing whenever I tried to open certain posts, I decided it was time to stay away - definitely something suspicious about that place.

RE post:15351
I'm confused. I very carefully scanned the entire sidebar on the news/activism page. This thread is not there, at all, period. How are people finding it (who have not been here before) and why is it giving them such grief?

I'll guess that some posters just sit on the Recent Posts venue and constantly refresh, so this thread keeps popping up.
Just like the Breaking News Nazis who dump all over rookie posters for the deadly sin of Topic Drift.

Sure are a few uptight folks here. I mean, if you aren't interested in a thread, move on. Very simple concept, really. Kinda humorous, in a sad sort of way, that they allow themselves to get so tweaked over one thread out of how many hundreds, per day! Must be some sort of control-freak mentality.
