Al Qaeda again threatens New York, Washington and Los Angeles - Daily Terror Threat

A new message was posted in the last few hours by the Jeddah-based al-Qaeda-linked Al-Islah (Reform) society calling on Muslims to flee New York, Washington and Los Angeles in advance of major al Qaeda attacks in those cities. This is revealed by DEBKAfile.

The message accuses the United States of predetermining its end (doom) by its policies. ?The Jews rule the Pentagon by remote control and (are the cause) of Muslims being killed in every corner of the world. The United States should therefore expect more blows.?

The message is signed on behalf of the al Bayan (The Threat) movement by ?your warrior brother, Abul Hassan al Khadrami?.

Our Muslim expert identifies the name of the signatory as belonging to a Yemeni from Hadhrameuth, the Bin Ladens? place of origin where Osama enjoys substantial tribal support.

DEBKAfile?s counter-terror sources stress that warnings appearing on these forums are taken both very seriously and with caution by the intelligence services keeping track of the terrorist network?s electronic traffic.

Last November, Jeddah-based fundamentalist forums addressed a message to an Al Qaeda member, saying whoever understands ? understands; whoever knows, knows, but we are marching towards an operation that will take us to Paradise. Three days later, the Mombasa Paradise hotel was blown up killing 12 Kenyans and 3 Israelis and a failed shoulder-launched Strela anti-air missile missed an Israeli airliner at Mombasa airport.

It was guestimated that that trip would take about 8 days. That would bring us up to Jan. 30

It was also said that the video of the attacks in SA will be shown prior to the attack on US, and that the attack will take place before the 1st of February.

there was clear benefit to humiliation of a living, demonstrably authentic Saddam than the sons thing which some still doubt were really the sons.

Otherwise, I'd have agreed with you.

Perhaps parade him around humiliatingly for a month or so then transfer him to another facility and stage a covert attack on the convoy blowing him up videotaped. Prove it with body parts afterward.

I agree with your premise that this is most likely a "jihad by pen" action. However, I do recall that just prior to 9/11, there was a post on a yahoo stock message board that foretold the event. After 9/11, there was quite a hoopla on yahoo and the other stock message boards about the post.
I had the message saved at one time but that hard drive got fried. And now, the public archives don't go that far back.

...and then there's that report of the kid in school who foretold the demise of the towers...

I'd say that some threat posts are credible but that there is a lot that are of the jihad by pen variety.

This board's importance is the documentation of and the background information of all of those posts. We won't know which was credible until there is an event...and we (FR) will be able to provide a tracer for the authorities.

I've been far from "passive". Read some of my previous threads..I'm probably one of the most prepared people I know, with appropriate food/water/gas stocks, plans, etc. (How many people do you know who have a "to go" bag packed with KI4U, grain, portable water, light, blankets, heat, etc)? Probably not many!

I'm one of the ones who believes that ANYTHING is possible. Most of my friends (and probably my wife) think I'm a bit "cracked" on all this.

Also - I think it's not only possible, but quite likely that the bad guys have WMD. Proliferation is totally out of control, esp. with the collapse of the Soviet Union, Libya, Iran, N. Korea, etc. It's a helluva mess, and a real problem to us with our WIDE OPEN borders (insane, if you ask me..)

I just am of the opinion that those who DO are not going to be messing with us on the 'net. The "real" terrorists are just going to use them - when they want to. And I don't think we're going to get warned by "EOM", "Daleel", etc first. I also think that many of the "analysis" sites are self-promoting (although I can't figure out what they hope to accomplish - is it $$s?) That's the difference.

I don't THINK I was thinking of you at the time I wrote that. I was thinking more of a to common generic knee jerk skepticism which seems, too often to me, have too many flavors of a head in the sand level of denial and passivity or at least smugness.

Probably some phrase or other in your post triggered that response. I haven't followed individual postings and don't keep those levels of details in my head enough to really know which side of whatever fence you were REALLY on.

Still, to whatever degree I may have been thinking of you specifically, am delighted to read I was wrong.

WAY too many people are living like ostriches.

When I hear that NEST is roaming US cities, it is time to be prepared for ANY eventuality.

I also think the "cover story" of looking for dirty nukes is just that - cover.

I think they very well could be looking for small tactical (suitcase) nukes of the 1 - 10 KT variety, which could really make a mess of things.

I'm fond of telling my friends/family who think I've gone off the deep end on all of this that we didn't think airplanes could obliterate the WTC < 9/11, either.

I fully believe there is a grand chess game being played here, that the bad guys have a loooong timeframe planned, and that we are only in the opening acts. It will be interesting to find who the "pupeteers" are, though. And WHEN we do, there will be hell (of the ICBM variety, if the US is ever hit with WMD) to pay.

Yes, the Tesla methods seem to involve "macro" principles of physics, while the true energetics and scalar techniques seem to involve quantum principles. Both technologies seem to involve harmonic feedback disruption patterns, and both seem to rely on information as much as energy. Bohm's "quantum potential" is rather interesting.

Some good info in those links which you posted regarding the detection of energetics methods, as well as counterattacks to thwart enemy use.

BTW, here's a link to one of those sites which have a photo and words associated with it: "Severnaya," which I'm told means "northern" in Russian, followed by a lot of seeming nonsense words but including "Musharaf" (sic), "Buckingham," and maybe others.
