Good mornin', all. Dropping by to say hello. We just got back from spending a few months in Scotland. Boy, do I have a LOT of catching up to do.
We were in the UK during the Hutton inquiry and the Duncan Smith scandal. Man, they are brutal over there. Talk about a post-modern culture. WHEW! Anyway, I hate BBC even more after watching it day in day out. They really do have a monopoly.
Have a howlin' good time today!

Hi, welcome home. Those months away must have been a real eye-opening experience, with regard to Euro thought and culture (and biases, and eccentricities).
Speaking of the bizarre:
BILL Clinton's old girlfriend Gennifer Flowers could be coming to town soon to star in "Boobs! The World According to Ruth Wallis," the off-Broadway musical that boasts a love song titled, "Bill." ....
Ruth Wallis was a Brooklyn native whose risque ditties were huge in the Eisenhower era. But her number "Bill" seems more appropriate to Clinton. Sung by a group of women, the lyrics include: "Somewhere in every lady's life/ is a guy named Bill . . . Somehow you're sure that you'll forget/ but you never will/ So you grow up and marry/ Tom, Dick and Harry/ But you always remember Bill."
One character picks up a book, looks at the cover, and says, "It takes a village." Another replies, "What - to satisfy her husband?" Then all the women on stage sing, "For somewhere in every lady's life/ Is that fella who already had a wife/ You always remember Bill." .... rest of story

Great to see you back here! What a frazzling experience to have nothing but BBC for news. You are indeed a very strong person. I would have gone stark raving mad.

Yea! You're back! I was just wondering the other day, will Carolina be back soon?
Can't wait to hear read about all the adventures you had.

How exciting Carolina to be in Scotland though. It is lovely over there isn't it? I am Scottish meself, and wish so much I could visit the area! I watch BBC America a lot and it appears almost as biased to the left as CNN is! But I still prefer it to some of our newsreaders!
Happy Halloween, and welcome home. Hope you will fill us all in sometime about your adventures!

Hey, C!
I would love to go to Scotland. What a great experience.
But my sister thought the food was AWFUL! She said they eat BAKED BEANS for BREAKFAST. Egads!
