How's the pink chainsaw....or the highly ranked E. Carolina football team.....

I just HAD to hit reload on the way out the door.... DOH!

Are you Catpuppy's evil twin, or some Big 10 fan in Michigan?? Oh wait, I see the post before yours is bragging about some Big 10 game.... Why the name change??

No offense taken.....

I've seen most of the places Westy posts pics of and they're nice.

I thought Texas would be nicer before I visited. My daughter lives in San Antonio and we've been to Dallas, Houston, Galveston and Mission besides San Antonio. Nice to visit in the winter but much prefer it here. Lots of people I respect like it there, so let's just say I'm not going to dwell on those things I didn't like.

I am reading your post through tears...and uncontrolled sobbing. Perdue has a good team this year FROM WHAT I READ ON THE INTERNET!!!

Oh well, I'll just have to be satisfied watching old black and white 1954 re runs of Brazil and Chile playing in some meaningless soccer final.

Actually we get a lot of Rugby on TV down here and I'm an All Blacks fan. Rugby is a good game...but doesn't compare to college football.

Prayers needed for my little Missie kitty. She has cancer. It is in her neck. She is hyperthyroid and we don't know if it is connected to that or not..just said sarcoma...the vet is calling the oncologist ( where the lab report was done) for more clarification. It will be hard to get good margins because of it's location. Close to the artery in her neck and the trachea..

Mo once posted a picture of her and YumYum. You may recall she was the pretty little one on the top.

Yes...I do remember.

Very sad. Very sorry for her.

Our cat is getting over the hill now. Not to mention we have coyotes in the area again.

I used to buy all my football refing equipment from "The Whistle Stop", in Ann Arbor. The owners were all Big-10 officials and they always had great photos of Michigan football games in their catalogue.

I miss the tailgate parties the most. At University of Nevada, Wolfpack games in Reno, the casinos used to bring their stage shows to the pregame activities. Plus, John Ascuaga's Nugget used to bring one of the show elephants to the games for halftime. I do miss college football...prefer a good college game to NFL any day.

I think you have to head to west Texas to find the real cowboys...Alpine, the Four Sixes, and places like that.

Go to RANGE Magazine's Web site for photo ideas on some pretty authentic cowpokes.

Off to camp tomorrow in the north central Andes of Peru. Hope the Shining Path lunatics aren't in an uproar.

Cheers

Maybe if I hang around the right watering hole, a genuine cowboy will ride up.

The apartment complex is hosting a neighborhood social at a local canteen in half an hour.... I guess I can take my portfolio and camera and go see if there are any wannabe actors and models and musicians around here who need headshots.
