On July 20th, 2025, a 30-year-old woman in Wisconsin allegedly drove the wrong way down an interstate while intoxicated, causing a devastating head-on collision that claimed the lives of two teenagers. But as officers investigated the crash, another suspected impaired driver crashed into a parked police vehicle at the same scene. The incident happened shortly after midnight near DeForest, when Noelia Martinez-Avila drove southbound in the northbound lanes of I-39/90, colliding with a Volkswagen carrying two Minnesota teenagers.The impact caused her SUV to catch fire. Tragically, 18-year-old Hallie Helgeson died at the scene, while 19-year-old Brady Heiling suffered critical injuries and passed away several days later. When officers approached Martinez-Avila, they noticed signs of possible impairment. Bodycam footage captures her appearing unresponsive to several questions as officers struggled to communicate with her. Investigators later reported that her alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit. They also discovered she had a previous impaired-driving offense, a revoked license, and was driving without a required ignition interlock device. But while police were still investigating, another driver allegedly struck an unoccupied patrol vehicle parked nearby. That driver was also arrested on suspicion of impaired driving. What began as a tragic wrong-way collision quickly turned into an even more chaotic investigation involving two separate crashes and suspected impaired drivers. This is body-cam footage of the events.

She’s an illegal alien.
An illegal immigrant got a DL, drove drunk.
Here in California at any 7-11 or a gas station at 7AM you can see them get at least 2 cans of beer to start the morning.
At 4PM it’s a 12 pack.
