Separately, another federal judge just ruled out Trump’s $100k H1-B visa fee. We have a plague of federal judges infringing on the POTUS’s rights as head of the Executive Branch. Meanwhile that colossal failure John Roberts blathers mindlessly about how the federal judiciary doesn’t take sides.
If you want government cheese, you have to follow their rules.

Illegal immigrants now have more money per capita to buy food than our own citizens, especially the elderly who’ve worked here and paid taxes for 50 years.

Recall that Obama and Biden threatened to withhold federal funding if states did not comply with left wing gender regulations like boys in girl bathrooms. Trump is using the same reasoning in reverse.
Again the judge has no jurisdiction except where they’re at.
