I retired in 2003, but through the 25 years I worked in uniform for NY State’s prison system, the State notified the Border Patrol anytime an illegal was being released, and they’d come to the facility to pick him up. I have no clue if they’ve changed that process or not.
Set him up as an RA in a women’s dorm, oh yeah.
