Fox says the feds are prosecuting this as a FACE Act violation. Seems a stretch to use a law made to protect Abortion clinics to instead get people for harassing churchgoers. But hey, it works for me.
It’s part of the FACE act. The GOP wouldn’t vote for the bill unless access to churches was in it. So yeah, it makes perfect sense to prosecute Lemon using the FACE act.

This would be a win-win for Don LeMon. Prison would be a playground for him with a never ending stream of boyfriends, and the notoriety would reap financial benefits, and be a resume enhancer for him too.
