Late on the evening of Thanksgiving, President Donald Trump took to Truth Social and X not only to share holiday greetings but to unleash one of his most blistering attacks yet against the state of immigration, Democratic leadership, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, and Rep. Ilhan Omar.
Trump began his post with a familiar mix of gratitude and outrage. “A very Happy Thanksgiving salutation to all of our Great American mom Citizens and Patriots who have been so nice in allowing our Country to be divided, disrupted, carved up, murdered, beaten, mugged, and laughed at,” he wrote, before blaming “foolish countries throughout the World” and the rise of “Political Correctness” for America’s woes on immigration.
Trump also noted how the United States now has “an official Foreign population” of 53 million people, according to the census, and asserted that “most… are on welfare, from failed nations, or from prisons, mental institutions, gangs, or drug cartels.” He suggested that hardworking Americans are footing the bill for “massive payments” to those “supported through massive payments from Patriotic American Citizens who, because of their beautiful hearts, do not want to openly complain or cause trouble.”

Trump should tone it down. He should have empathy and say that we need to send Timmy to socialist Canada for MAID medical treatment.
Nothing Trump said is inaccurate.
Trump, often making scandalous statements (how it’s presented to us) merely tells the truth in a non-sugar coated way.
He doesn’t beat around the bush or tell lies pretending that some economically motivated war or love affair for some foreign despot is moral (although Venezuela sure seems to be going in that direction - sell some faux morality to the masses).
He in his last presidency simply stated a fact, Saudi Arabia is too important for us, and the >$100 billion arms deal made was/is very important to us as well.
I would rather have someone tell me something that is true, but doesn’t “feel good,” than have the typical political piss on my head and be told it’s raining.
Leftists just hate it when someone tells the truth.
