Any truth that, along with the ballroom, Trump is building an office in the East Wing (called the 'Square Office' as it'll be square like the ballroom) so he can have an 'office for life' at the White House?

Not only that, but President Trump can pass that office down to his children and grandchildren children! There always will be a Trump in the White House!
It may have more than just the ballroom, like also a modernized theater and whatever, but it will probably be as stated.
No need for an office at the White House. There will be a constant stream to Mar a Lago of individuals from DC and all over the world wanting deals and advice.
