I was on a business trip traveling through Dulles airport, then driving to southern Maryland. I routinely stopped at Borders in Tyson's Corner, then had a meal at Chili's across the parking lot. On this occasion, I was in the computer science books on the first floor and on the way to the 2nd floor for language books. As I passed the magazines, I was face to face with Dick Cheney. I left it as just a "hi", then noticed all the black vehicles in front of the building. Secret Service was all over the store.
