We should encourage the building of two more UN HQs, one in Moscow, and one in Beijing. Then the UN HQs can rotate between the HQs every 50 years. This means they would be out of the US for 100 years.

Then about 80 years out, we should propose the building of two *more* UN HQs, with one in say Mogadishu, Somalia, and the other in Islamabad, Pakistan. You get the idea.
