They were friending him to get him talking. Who is stupid here?
I don’t care.
Oh please stop.
That makes sense.
There have been too many cases of police breaking into the wrong residence and killing or wounding the frightened and panicked residents. A planned surrender is so much safer.
Right, I’m glad furry-ytanny is cooperating. I feel confident he knew all along. We will/might see.
Stop what, free speech… noted.
A deliberate omission?
#8 on the 10 deadly sins for Law Enforcement. Lack of, or poor cuffing technique. Btw, never, ever, cuff in the front unless a restraint belt is used.
Just like at Butler, Security stank.
I have tended to totally believe in the authenticity of the texts and I guess I still do because it seems logical. However, I went back and READ the texts, not listened as they are read. It occurred to me that they are written like an essay. Do people text with that formal language and grammar? Especially young people texting spontaneously? | never thought I would get here, but scripted looks like a distinct possibility. Either by the couple or someone else. Man, I can’t believe I am at this place. Wow!
If that would have been a conservative who through a rock through an abortion clinic window he would have been cuffed, hogtied and tased.
You are a sick person.
What man says I changed my outfit? That’s a woman thing. I changed my clothes, which is what a man would say. Also, the guy’s lover saw him engraving messages on bullets and thought nothing of it? How long have you been planning this? A little over a week (OK, no problem I won’t ask anymore questions). There is so much more... His lover was in on it with others.
I've never heard either of those terms before, and I've been more or less a 'gun nut' since I was 13 years old.
The rifle has a synthetic stock (very common) and a stainless steel barrel (also common) which is exactly what you could expect for a military rifle which was rebuilt for sporting use.
The rifle looks absolutely un-remarkable to me.
Yep, low budget sporterized. Back in the day sporterized military rifles were mostly utilitarian, but some were real works of art, others… well strange. The weirdest I ever say was a Soviet SVT-40 rechambered in .303 British with a montecarlo stock.
Okay, that's definitely weird. Did a Canadian convert it?
One conversion that stuck in my mind was a 1903 Springfield that was rebarreled to .458 Win mag. Iron sights, no recoil pad.
Don’t know, but it’s possible. A lot of sporterized guns were real Jackson Pollock paintings. I also remember an M1 carbine restocked to look like a Weatherby of the mesquite and inlay days.
the sheriff probably knew the kid and family. dad was in law enforcement...ever watch the Andy Griffth show that’s probably the type of sheriff. truth is that questioning of him probably was a lot more successful without the zip ties.
